Questions

Questions about this hire

How far in advance should we request wedding loos?

As soon as the date and venue are firm. Premium trailers and peak summer weekends can be limited, so compare availability early.

Do luxury trailers need electricity?

Many do. Tell suppliers about the available connection or generator and ask them to state their actual power requirements.

Can we mix luxury and standard units?

Yes. List each trailer layout, standard loo and accessible unit you want. Suppliers can then price those quantities or explain any substitute.

Supplier checks

Suppliers will need approval before they can quote.

We intend to check trading details, equipment and servicing capability before a firm joins. We will review complaints against booking evidence, with serious or repeated failures carrying a risk of removal.
