Questions

Questions about this hire

What is normally included in a long hire?

It varies. Check delivery, collection, cleaning, emptying, consumables, damage terms and VAT line by line.

Can a weekly service be increased?

Ask for more frequent visits if usage or site conditions require them. The supplier should state the revised schedule and price.

Can we extend without a new supplier search?

You can request an extension from the confirmed booking; the supplier must agree the availability and price.

Supplier checks

Suppliers will need approval before they can quote.

We intend to check trading details, equipment and servicing capability before a firm joins. We will review complaints against booking evidence, with serious or repeated failures carrying a risk of removal.
